I am Kate Benton I am a mum of four and I’ve been where you are. I’ve suffered from post natal depression and I’ve come out the other side. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not “cured” but I’ve learned how to cope each and every day through counselling. Some days are harder than others but with support and knowledge you can get through it too.

I am a counsellor who specialises in treating pre and post natal mums. I can help because I’ve lived it, am still living it and I am passionate about making it easy for mums who are suffering to get the help they need.

I offer in home and after hours one on one sessions. I am available to suit your needs. As a mum I understand there aren’t many free minutes in a day for mum, so I can come to you, when it suits you.

I also facilitate small group sessions. These sessions are designed to support mums in an open and non judgemental space. A bit like a mothers group for your mental health.

During this pandemic it’s so important for YOU as a mum to remember your mental health.

I am still operating with every social distancing precaution in place. I can accomodate your requests to make you feel safe and comfortable.
